375 Dance Studio – Legal Policies and Studio Terms

By enrolling in lessons, attending classes, or participating in any event at 375 Dance Studio (“the Studio”), all students and their legal guardians (if under 18) agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. General Studio Conduct
- Students are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and other students at all times.
- The Studio reserves the right to refuse service or dismiss any student who engages in inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behavior.
- Proper dance attire and footwear must be worn during all classes and events.
2. Registration & Payments
- All students must complete a registration form prior to participating in private lessons, group classes, or events.
- Payment is required in advance for all services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Lesson packages are non-transferable and expire after a specific period:
- 5-Lesson Packages expire 3 months from the date of purchase.
- 10-Lesson Packages expire 6 months from the date of purchase.
- It is the student’s responsibility to keep track of package usage and expiration. Unused lessons will not be refunded or extended beyond the stated expiration period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. All existing packages will retain the value purchased at the time of sale.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Private lessons must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged in full.
- Group class registrations are non-refundable. Make-up classes are offered at the Studio’s discretion.
- If the Studio cancels a class or event, a make-up option or refund will be provided.
4. Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability
- Participation in dance activities carries inherent risks, including physical injury.
- By participating in any Studio activity, the student (or legal guardian) voluntarily assumes all risk and agrees to release and hold harmless 375 Dance Studio, its owners, instructors, and staff from any liability for injury, loss, or damage to person or property.
- It is the responsibility of each student to consult with a physician before participating in any strenuous activity.
5. Photo/Video Release
- The Studio may take photographs or video during classes or events for marketing or promotional purposes.
- By participating, you grant the Studio permission to use your likeness in print, web, or video form. If you wish to opt out, you must inform the Studio in writing.
6. Minors
- Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for registration.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child arrives and departs the premises safely and on time.
7. Property & Personal Belongings
- The Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
- Please do not leave valuables unattended.
8. Studio Closures
- The Studio may close due to holidays, weather conditions, or special events. Closures will be communicated via email or posted on the Studio’s website or social media.
9. Changes to Terms
- 375 Dance Studio reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available upon request and on the Studio’s website.
